Depends on how long it is. Problem with supporting weight with wood is that it needs to be reinforced. No matter what you're working with, be it plywood or otherwise, it will warp over time. You can support a lot of weight with 2x4s, but you've got to do it right.

lol, GH flora series is the cheapest hydro nutes you can find. If you use distilled or r/o water, you must add cal-max to your reservoir. That's $50 right there.

too much light. I've cloned from 400w all the way down to nothing. The more light you give your just-cut clones, the faster they turn yellow and die. Just try it, cut some fresh clones and warm your tray in the dark. It works for me 100% with gel and starter cubes.

Clones need water only (air of course) but no nutes. You could clone with dish sponges and bread ties if you tried hard enough. Any ph-neutral medium works great for soil... Light warrior, Root Riot, coco coir, etc. Reason i don't like rockwool is ph drift. If I'm not mistaken, SM has nutes...

Sounds like you're stressing more than your plants. Try using distilled water. I took clones every week for 2 months before I started getting 100%, unfortunately, some of your clones will die before you reach that plateau :) Clone like a madman, you'll get roots no doubt.
