Short answer yes, will it be worth it in 3 month no, get a decent light or don't bother if power is an issue look into good quality leds

i agree with dandyrandy, check out the hans panel there are a few grows on here using it the old one is only 65 watts new one is 80w but seems to grow decent bud and has a really low profile if your stuck for height!

you would only be feeding more popcorn, makes more sense to put all the light into the top bud sites
