if i did have a grow room i would have 4 26watt 1600 lumen CFLs and one of those long Flouro tubes not sure of the specs ... there were no extra nutes just organic soil as i mentioned ... also lights are no more than a foot and a half away giving light to about 29 plants ... here is a pic of...
