So I’m flipping the flower I have an optic 4 LED with cobs 415 true watt. In veg I had my light at 24 inches it recommends I think 18 during flower so should I drop it to 18 and just keep raising as a plant stretches in flower. Any advice would be great thanks

I have them under two floodlight type 5000 K light bulbs I just want to upgrade it but I don’t know if it will burn them from bing to bright

I do have fans I’m not having a problem with the heat I just don’t know if I should run it because I don’t want to kill the seedlings from it being to bright.
