I figured I would let it veg for 1-2 weeks. It's going to be in a 5 gallon bucket and because the space is small, I'm only growing this single plant. I assumed that I would need to veg it in order to get it big enough for some decent yield. Oh and I will be vegging it under the HPS to speed...

So I took one of our clones which was sitting in perlite for 8 days and put it in a gallon jug (hempy bucket style). A few hours after putting it in and watering it, the plant has become droppy and lifeless. Here are the pics. Also how long before I can put this bad boy under my HPS fixture...

I'm on page 9 (40 posts per page). I have seen one thing on using soil nutrients, but it wasn't clear to me if they are worth using. I have three Blue Mountain Organics nutrients and fert in my basket. Should I find something else or will they still work just as well as something specifically...

My buddy put his clones in a red dixie cup with perlite. I can't see if the roots are forming so I'll just have to guess, I assume. Anyway, how should I go about transplanting them from perlite to soil? Do I pull the clone from the perlite and dig a little hole in the soil and drop it in...

I have a stand-in right now for the picture. It will eventually house 4 plants and a 250watt HPS unit. The fan on top is flipped to exhaust, and the door is held shut by the vacuum created. I'm going to put a PC fan in the floor for intake, and maybe some holes for passive air movement...

I'm growing indoor and want to use a soil medium. I've read a lot about Fox Farm Ocean Mix. Does it smell bad? If it does, can someone point me in the direction of an organic mix that doesn't smell bad?
