Drooping clone after hempy bucket transplant

So I took one of our clones which was sitting in perlite for 8 days and put it in a gallon jug (hempy bucket style). A few hours after putting it in and watering it, the plant has become droppy and lifeless. Here are the pics.

Also how long before I can put this bad boy under my HPS fixture (150watt).

i took some (6) clones the other day and it took all 6 less than 3 days to prop up after cloning them, some faster than others. either way you dont want to put it under an hps till it is rooted but are you wanting to veg it and let it grow before you use the hps or are you going straight to flower or are you gonna veg with the hps

I figured I would let it veg for 1-2 weeks. It's going to be in a 5 gallon bucket and because the space is small, I'm only growing this single plant. I assumed that I would need to veg it in order to get it big enough for some decent yield. Oh and I will be vegging it under the HPS to speed things along.
