You actually use an oxygen tank in your room? And you use a air stone made from lead? I'm not a hundred percent sure but both if those things, IMO, are not things that you would want to use. The oxygen tank is a big bomb waiting to go off and the lead, well its lead lol.

I too run different phenos and have in the past ran two different strains. I myself try to not do different strain grows anymore as you can run into flowering issues as well as height problems. It would be I think far better to keep strains, pheno's seperate but that would mean bigger rooms...

I agree that fresh air is a good thing if not running a sealed room but, and I may be wrong, but I think the biggest benefit is to replenish the CO2 that the plants have used up. It is also necessary to have lots if DO in the res water as well, my first DWC turned into soup lol.

My last setup was the same concept but used totes instead of rails. I drilled them out for the net pots but did totes instead. I got really concerned the the roots would be plugging them. The other thing I did was use flooming instead if airpumps. Had great results but got bored lol.

I think I must have noticed a negative impact if I didnt use it again. I did read that many commercial flower producers use it to keep plants from flowering.

But is O2 needed (added). I do use passive intake so never thought about it till I started to think about adding CO2 to the room. Does the plant not add the O2 to the room? And do I not want to completely seal the room to add CO2? Not sure about all this so I thought I'd ask lol. I bought the...

You wont see a change in a day. Just add a bit less than recommended for the week then up it if you want the next res change. Adjust upward every week at res change. Dont force feed it but keep it happy and green
