45-55%rh you should be gucci.
Yeah glad you checked that out but something to remember is that deficiencies are caused by actual deficiencies of course but also the plant not being in the right ph range and therefore not being able to absorb the nutrient, so don't dump nutrients like crazy...
Not expert advice but possibly right.

basically your soil was very alkaline for a while and phosphorus is best absorbed under 6.2. Combine with a strong ph fluctuation, it could easily be this but check more bro
underrate advice, so true there nice scientific explanation for this, silica molecules cover the plant and the PM and molds find too much resistance and can't put their "legs" into the plant to start colonozing
What is the soil ph at this moment?
I found out that some products like mammoth p will lower ph, I was feeding at 6.0 and next flush it was always 5.5 and I had to start watering at 6.5 to get to 6
yes bro and to really answer what to do in the future we need to know what kind of training you plan to do? Topping, fimming, mainlining, just bend, etc. looking good tho!
You more paranoid than me and it takes a lot ahhah. Don't know bro try and remove that leaf and if you see some other leaf gettin same signs then you were right and powdery mildew spores were released in the air and you should spray with fungicide
A trick is to find something that when you fill it up with megacrop weights about 4 or 5 grams, the thing closest to a round number and then you never need to weight again and just say you feeding 4 gal of water you just put 4 scoops or whatever.
You seem a very intelligent person so I'll try and give you a different kind of advice.
On top of obviously not overwatering in soil and maybe try using rootplugs for the first 1-2 weeks. (I am on my first grow and got a 92% germination rate on 55 seeds). The advice I wanna give brother is that...
This is the closest thing I could find on a first brief research.
Possible Zinc deficiency but lets keep looking.

Also send a few good quality closeup pics of the leaves for better analysis.
