NEW Closet Set Up for L.E.D. Stealth Grow

Good call, dude; I had a feelin' you'd be seein' it my way. ;-) Awww, it's a moop! Sweet dog and couch combo; you pick 'em up in the same place? Just kiddin'! :p I'm sure you'll be all right here on out. Just drop it down closer in graduated increments over time, and keep an eye on...

NEW Closet Set Up for L.E.D. Stealth Grow

Lookin' good, man. Nice to see some photos of it in action. I'd say you're prob'ly safe; looks like sufficient distance. Looks like you can put 'em in much earlier than ten inches from where I'm standing. How are the other plants doin'? You still planning to line the bottom with hydroton and...

NEW Closet Set Up for L.E.D. Stealth Grow

So sorry to hear of your loss! Hope you can work with what you've got. I'm sure you've already got a plan, but I would recommend waiting until they're at least ten inches tall before you have a second go of it. Were your side panels on that time? What about my suggestion to keep the side panels...

Exactly what's in the shopping cart? A 400 watt HPS, a 300 watt Triband, some UFOs? Just curious..

NEW Closet Set Up for L.E.D. Stealth Grow

Hello again, Serapis! I found this in your sig when you replied to Ralphie's queries about HTG's 300 watt triband LED, and I just finished reading through the whole thing. I skimmed a little bit, but I made sure not to miss anything. I'm really impressed with your rigor and diligence; there...

    L.E.D lighting from HTGSUPPLY

Well, I'm not really sure which is more effective or efficient. Serapis claims to have read a study or two that concluded that one watt diodes are more efficient than three watt diodes. Could be because they spread out their field of illumination a little wider at the point of discharge. I'm...

    L.E.D lighting from HTGSUPPLY

I think that would easily exceed the intensity of one 1,000 watt HPS. HTG claims that their 300 watter exceeds one on its own. Combined with an MH you should have more than enough light to snap mainstems in budweight.

You can supplement HPS with LED no problem. Just don't get your LEDs from a cheap Chinese vendor on eBay. Here's a promising one I'm lookin' into for my projected first grow: http://cgi.ebay.com/135-watt-w-6-band-LED-grow-light-3w-diodes-90w-300w-600-/110454776276?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0 "135...

    L.E.D lighting from HTGSUPPLY

Yeah, I hear ya. I was just tellin' him what he could do with it. Obviously SoG would be the best bet. But if he's goin' for fewer plant numbers and a modest harvest, I think he could pack his grow space with topped plants and pull it off; I've seen lots o' setups doin' that with just a couple...

Wow man, that's excellent. Do you have construction experience?

    Easy grow room build (w.pics)

Definitely not bad for something you did yourself. It looks very solid and lovingly crafted, unlike a lot of the slapped-together looking patchwork I've seen around. This makes me wonder if I should try my hand at building my own grow cab or tent. Did you even make the "dry wall chamber"...

Ready for flush? Green Crack @9weeks RDWC

Well, the important thing is that you got 'em chopped quick before you lost what you had; they were dyin' quick. Sadly their chrondo aesthetic apparently suffered greatly in only forty-eight hours. But now that I see the finished product, it looks like you haven't lost too much to it. Good work...

    L.E.D lighting from HTGSUPPLY

I gotta tell ya; with your budget, there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to find a solid LED at a forgiving price, especially as compared with the money you'll be saving on the equipment that HIDs entail. Not to mention the fact that it's easier and cheaper to keep your environment stable...

    L.E.D lighting from HTGSUPPLY

Well, then it sounds like the world's your oyster. And you don't need to go broke just to get a deeply penetrating LED. I don't really have anything superior to suggest, but I'd recommend getting one which is composed exclusively of at least two, ideally three watt diodes if you're planning on...

    L.E.D lighting from HTGSUPPLY

Hi Ralphie, Tell us a little more about the grow op that you intend to build; how big is your grow space gonna be? What cultivation technique(s) will you be employing? Hydroponic or soil? What's your budget? These are all questions which you need to answer to find the right grow light for you...

Ready for flush? Green Crack @9weeks RDWC

Yikes! Axe dem bitches now! It's too bad you couldn't know for sure until it got to such a miserable state; it just looked like advanced maturity initially. The real sad part is they looked like you would've been just in time had you done anything about it then. Just suck it up and count yer...
