Now thats some good information Lattern. Has anyone got a clue about the miscolored leaves. Its only the outside or what would become the bottom of the leaves. Could one side be taking all the strength? if so thats kinda awesome!

The newest one is literally coming up in front of my eyes with no helmet BUT the outside of the leaves are purple(ish) color, maybe a dark burnt green. The insides are beautifully green. Heres my pictures:
