from what I can see it's just the lower leaves on the bottoms of the plants? if so it's probably lack of light under your canopy, your can try scrimming and see wht happens. it looks pretty thick in there! good luck!

make sure you are scrubbing anything that's vented outside. if you aren't using the other room you could put a carbon filter on one end of your lights and pull it through your light hoods and into the other room to eliminate alot of heat and smell. you have to vent those portable a/c's and...

if those are florescent lights, you'll need something with more lumen output. those will work for small clones and maybe even veg but you'll need hid light, cfl light or led light to flower.. on another note, i would suggest NOT using pre-nuted soils. they release more nutes than new plants can...
