You should use both for flower as the buds (while still use the blue light, the total amount of lblue light the use during flowering is significantly less )and atleast the 6500k mainly for veg. I currently have 7 2700k and 3 6500k for flowering on 3 plants.

Why are your leaves wet? Moisture on the tops of leaves can cause burns

"no more than six mature or 12 immature" No more then 6 plants with buds and the remaining plants up to 12 total can have zero buds. Thats how it was explained to me by my medical marijuana co. op.
