Done with these guys. Not worth the effort. Obviously customer service/experience is meaningless to these guys. Never will attempt to purchase directly from them again. Any and all beans I could want are on the way from other banks.

I type this left handed, just having had a major rotator cuff rupture repaired 3.5 weeks ago. Yea, it does suck. Im too a locked down for six weeks. Get rest, medicate, and try to keep a positive attitude. Obviously, much community support here. Hang in there, will get better.
