my light is about 1/4 inch from my plants. i wait till plant is touching light before i move it.

there is a plastis cup with electrical tape on it for a outside cup. light never touches my roots unless im taking a look at the roots. will post a pic tomarrow of roots.

they are only 2 weeks old. have been given nothing but tap water. the hp is 6.5 and the ppm is 540. what do you think is wrong with my baby's?

right now they are is soil in the small plastis cups. but im not sure yet whether im going to transplant to soil or to coco coir yet. my water is more calcium then sulfur by my guess.

you guys really grow your plants with that hard of water? the guy at the hydroponic shop had never seen over 350ppm brought to him for tap water. i wont even drink my tap water because of how hard of water it is and it taste like crap.

im doing a small dirt cheap grow. its been a while sence ive grow indoors. what is a good fertilizer that is organic? im not big on using chemical ferts. im growing in dirt.

i added a timers to the light today. my baby's get 18 instead of 24 hours of light now.
