Yeah im not gonna chop em down too soon. Put in all that time and effort might as well wait it out is the way i see it. Do u think the buds are still gonna swell up before harvest?

Do you guys also think the buds will swell up alot more? They havents seemed to really fill in quite yet.

Thanks for the replies. First grow for me so i was hoping everything was going good. Im using 8 23 watt 2600K cfls plus 2 42 watt 2600K cfls.

6 weeks into flowering. How much longer you guys think? Im thinking 3 weeks probably.

Almost 5 weeks.... just added a couple of 42 watt cfls to cover some more of the plants.

3 weeks into flowering under 8 26 watt cfls. My light strip fell on one of my plants and the plant broke off at the main stem like 5" down but all the undergrowth seemed to have grown up and are all budding nicely. How does it look for a first time grow?

Thanks for the responses everyone. I couldnt try putting them back together it totally broke apart. It broke just below like the 3rd node from the top so it still has like 7 main nodes. A couple of the smaller fan leaves also got whacked and fell off. Its like 7" now so im still gonna finish...

I started flowering about 4 days ago and went to change add some lights today when my power strip holding my lights fell on one of my plants and broke my main stem in 2 pieces. What can i do with this? Should I continue to flower the plant, or is it just gonna die? It was about 12" before it...

Here are some pics of my plants 4 weeks into veg. under 8 26 w 6500K cfls. There about 8" tall with 10 sets of nodes. Grown in Scotts premium potting soil cut with 30% perlite. I had some yellowing on my leaves 3 weeks in as you can see from some of the pics. Does anyone have any input as to...

Yeah thats what ive read. I was more concerned with the yellowing on the lower leaves as u can see in the 2nd pic. Let me ask you something; what medium do u use to grow?

Sounds like a good thing. You got me excited. One more quick question: on the leaves that have slightly browned tips, will they turn green after i flush it or at any point during the grow? Also you said to flush with 20% runoff after they dry. Seems logical, but might as well ask: just flush...

Is that normal to have 8 set of nodes on a 6" plant? FRom pictures i have seen, i seems like a lot of nodes for a plant that size.

I think its 16 nodes (8 seta of main leaves stemming from the main stem) with the newest one just developing, and like i say there is a bunch of growth all in between
