What's making you think its a pH problem? He's in soil, that would be hard to achieve, especially if he hasn't been giving the plants nutes (OP, have ypy been fertilizing this plant? You said buy one more week of veg nutes..) I think the plant looks a little scraggly, but I'm not noticing it...

Get some more dirt, or at least some perlite to throw in that peat moss as it gets bigger. Peat moss isn't the most nutrient rich soil, so if you keep using it you might run into a deficiency. Also, I would consider transplanting to a bigger pot before the plant gets much bigger.
