What light cycle you got them on? I would go with 24/24 or 18/6.. if there are any light leaks during the dark periods then that can cause the stretching if you have the lights close enough.. You can re-pot them and have the canopy about 1 inch from the dirt..also a fan gently blowing on them...

Without decent air circulation (co2) you'll get slow growth & possible mould problems.. but you seem like you have that base covered with the out-take etc

No probs.. yeah good idea to have that old air pumped outside, the air from you room should be fine as long as you have some window open or something so you get some nice fresh co2 in there.. I'm sure you know that already tho bro
