Man your buds sure look nice....ur doing something right for sure.. the best way to tell if the buds are done is by the trics. using a scope or magnifi. once all the clear trics are gone and you have solid cloudy trics with a few amber trics is the best route to go .... hold a few days longer...

Looks awesome man it seems to me in the picture the one plant with the bottom 1/3 to 1/2 removed had the fattest buds...did it end out weighting more in the end or did the other ones produce more.

Looks like to me to be honest either lower your light right about the tops of those plants if your using flourescent lights they dont have the heat like most light do they can almost be touching man. or upgrade to a bigger light so it doesnt have to be that close to the plants..i wouldnt...
