Attached are a couple of pics of my grow tent with a sickly looking plant at the bottom left.All of the others seem to be ok but this ones leaves are starting to droop and feel slightly rubbery.Temps ok,light's ok,soil's moist not wet,ideal conditions.Any ideas anyone???

a couple of hours ago i bought a moisture meter which has a long probe.When i inserted the probe into the soil i found that most of it had clumped together into wet and dry patches.I've carefully pushed the probe into the soil around the plant being careful not to damage the roots and airiated...
