You ever have dreams that your plants are fucked up?

I had a couple dreams last night where I found my plants in some very strange situations to say the least lmao...one I can remember the plant was basically limp and submerged in a thick watery mud and all the soil in the pots were like soupy blackness. I remember trying to pull it out and...

Germination/Sprout Issues - Good Setup - Please RIU experts!

You should skip all the peat pellets and starter plugs...just get a cup of soil, poke the seed just barely under the surface, water it very easy and gently so the seed doesnt wash out, cover the cup loosely with plastic wrap or something and just wait...keep in a warm windowsill or under a light

Germination/Sprout Issues - Good Setup - Please RIU experts!

You might be planting them too deep or your mix isnt loamy enough...only time I ever had issues was when I planted too deep and the soil was too thick with earthworm castings

Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t organic soil conditioner?

I got a sample of this when I picked up some compost and worm poop from the local grow store. Anyone have any experience with it? My plants are about 6 weeks old in an organic soil mix I made. Says its just bacteria and micro organisms made as a byproduct from tilapia farming but it doesn't...

    Mimosa Pudica "touch-me-not/shameplant"

I've recently become fascinated with this plant and just ordered a pack of seeds on Amazon. I was even thinking about maybe trying to raise and sell them for fun and maybe a little extra dough. I've got a wonderful organic soil built up that I'm already using for my cannabis plants and a...

I keep killing my indoor plants!

Keep it simple man...I'm in the middle of my first grow and I've had almost no issues so far. Start in a quality organic potting soil like Gardner & Bloome, Happy Frog, Ecoscraps, or something like that. Keep worm castings and compost around all the time...while your seedlings are starting and...

    Soil To Coco?

I had an issue with one of my plants because I tried to pot it from its cup into a 1 gallon bag of just castings, perlite and coco.. I may have banged the roots up a little bit trying to get it out of the cup...it wilted and drooped pretty bad but once it started getting lighter in color I...

    Soil To Coco?

Definitely just starved them...grab some compost and worm poop and cut it to equal parts of coco, perlite, and the compost/castings...a little bit of kelp meal wouldnt hurt...or just start your seeds in a potting mix like Gardner & Bloome
