Yes, probably. try getting some at Lowe's or Home Depot. Not Miracle Grow, it always has Fungus Gnat's. I use Expert Gardener and it works great, I just add some Pearlite in the mix.

I plant yarrow around my MJ plants and you don't see bugs on them at all! Except for black ants, but they don't harm the plant. Legumes add nitrogen from the air back into the soil so that's also a good plant to have around your MJ.

What kind of soil do you have it in? I think if you changed to a better quality soil the problem should go away, but, the leaves that are damaged won't go back to normal. I would wait for the MH lights, they may be too hot this early.

I live in NC, about how long does it take to flower here?? Or will it grow until Fall when the light is 12/12? I live in a very populated, but not nosy, area. Our soil must be perfect for MJ because it does really well! Three days and I already have eight new leaves since transplant.
