yeah the driver would be good fit for 2 cobs, but you must run 2 cobs at this driver, you cant start with just one cob and add later another one. Because voltage range of driver is 71-143 and one cob at 1750ma use around 69,5volt. So one cob would be not enough, but 2 cobs fit good

I think both cob which you mention, has both the same voltage range. They are both "C" version. @ 1750ma they need around 69,5volt at 25C tc

Hello, BXRC-35E10K0-C-73 @ 2100ma needs around 70volt. The Driver hlg-240h-c2100 has @ output a voltage range from 59volt-119volt. So you could connect 1* BXRC-35E10K0-C-73 to the driver, that would be no problem. But you should know, you could connect only 1 of this cobs to the driver not...

its aluminium too, i have some of them. The driver dont have a ground cable, but you still have to make a contact between ground cable and the driver case.
