Well then yeah if you're forced to do it then CFLs will grow bud....but you need a lot of them so prepare for that

Why would you switch from an HPS to CFLs? If anything you should've started with CFLs for vegging, then the HPS for flowering I don't think it would hurt the plants...just decrease the amount of light they receive
