You can mix some molasses with your water every other feeding, alternate molasses with nutes Dissolve 1 tablespoon for every 1 gallon of water you feed. It's not necessary, but it helps

I don't know the whole thing just doesn't make much sense to me...how is THC degraded with light when you need light to grow the plant in the first place...? Is there a certain point when the plant doesn't need the light and THAT'S when it starts to degrade? Any experts here?

The sun emits 10000 lumens per square foot, so figure out what your grow area is and use that number as a basis. Obviously you want to get as close to that number as you can....
