Whoever said that blackstars don't flower is just a flat out lie I pulled almost 10 ounces with 2 240w watts and one 300w chinese panel! Some of the most stickiest bud I have ever grown and I use to grow with HPS! that was only with 6-7 plants all in one gallon containers.... one of the plants...

Get yourself some promix hp or bx I prefer the hp has added perlite and some fox farms or advanced nutrients you'll be good to go and some molasses.

To be honest yeah go low on the nutes and is that bottom foliage in the top pic if so it looks like rust fungus ..... I think theres a foliar spray to fight that cant think right off the top of my head now but definitely check your ph and use 1/2 strength nutes.
