i got that white mold shit too. i just carefully scraped it off all 6 of my plant's grow cubes. to do this i used a knife, and after scrapping each side i would clean the knife with alcohol. i also increased my air flow, so we'll just have to see what happens. i hope leaves stop looking like...

mycorrhizal fungi, they form a symbiotic relationship with the roots of the plant. this helps to increase the plants ability to attain more nutrients while allowing the fungi to live off the plant. to sum it up, it is a good thing.
