best way to get rid of them: let your soil get completely dry. it kills all of em and all the eggs, then water regularly. fungus gnats only live in damp moist earth.

yeah its possible just make sure theres still leaves on it and just put it under 24 hour light. there will be a very long veg period involved and you will lose a lot of overall yield.

it will produce more resin but your plants cant receive the light energy they need to grow so you are going to lose out on yield and growth.
