I switch to 12/12 for four weeks, what do you guys think? how many more weeks to go? some of the fan leaves start yellowing and fall off, is it normal?

10 weeks now in a 2.5fx2.5fx5f tent, using a 100W LED, just transplant to a 10 gallon pot, now the top is 30 inches height. I have a bigger tent , 3.5fx3.5fx7f with a 400W led, now using for 12/12 flowering another plant. may need another 10 weeks.

when is the best time to switch to 12/12? Will it show any sign? Or just switch to 12/12 when I think it grow big enough?
