Btw an easy qay to tell if the plants are receiving enoigh ligjt is by monitoring there streching. 2-3 inches is sufficent otherwise them rwaching for the sky is them telling you lights need to be closer or more light is needed

Do u have any access 2 a local grow shop? If yes fond a nice fluorescent fixture. Tube floros. T5 work wonders. Get a nice blue spectrum. Or cool white tubes. Maybe they are the same lil rusty on cfls rn after an led transition. Eother way get involved with a grow store get a descent fixture...
