imo i would go with the three 55watt. i think i read around here that the 42watter was the most efficent. just for better coverage tho i would go with 3

i use these with my big grows with great success... i use them as supplemental lighting. not only do they help control odor but they produce negative ions which help plants. its a win-win-win situation for me as in they have three functions, light, odor control, and negative ions

i have had success using tonic water foliar feeding, sprayin the plant itself, i also like to use a mix of it with liquid light for foliar feeding. plants go crazy....

a few other things, although the uv light will be at the top it will be the only one on a timer, i do want to start it early on in the plants life, but i dont wanna fry her, so it will be set at just 5 min the first week and plan to increase very slowly over some time, or maybe i should keep it...

i agree, just look around more, not all brands label their lights with the color temp on the package. sometimes they use tricky names to describe the color temp, ie. cool, daylight, sunlight... look around enough and you will find a retailer whole has a product with the info you need, i too have...
