Honestly it depends on the strain.... when I was a noob I had much success in miracle grow with dank aas bag seed.... but if your spending money on seeds I would definitely use pro mix or a good organic soil....

Fim instead if you are worried about stress. I can see my plants adjust to Fim in a day or 2 with limited stress.

Anyone have anymore info on this? I always thought mh in veg and hps in flower... I have done dual spec as well and just mh not seeing much of a difference

I like fiming because it puts limited stress on the plants and they bounce back quick.

The 3 big buckets are the 3 autos and the 2 medium ones are amnesia. 2 smallest buckets are critical +2.0 and the 2 bigger plants are both Bubba kush clones

I use strips once your used to them there fine and a perfect cheap alternative

Yeah you can put a stronger light just watch your heat. During flowering in the past I upped my lighting from 400 to 800w. Just watch your thermometer and check them a lot at first

If u wanna up ur yield bring ur light down and move it up accordingly
