the more efficient as of Watts per Lumens are the 23-26W CFLs. 55W and over can get your temps up there in a breeze. The only downside is the positioning of a lot of little CFL's (23/26) but it would be more efficient.

it doesn't look bad at all, good space with great potential! If you don't want to add more light I recommend that you lower your plant count. You will have more of 1-2 well grown plant that 8 plants flowering with 6 bulbs.
