personally I'm kinda hit and miss with veg..I try to unplug the lights for a few hours hour every night, but everynow and then i forgot. not with flowering though, on at nine off at nine lol. I actually need to have a male grow because i have yet have seen one! havent had a lot of grows, but out...

however, 24/7 may be best if you want fast growth, it also states in the bible that 18 hours of light, and 6 hours of darkness can be a factor in promoting female development. not sure what the proof is or anything, just something to think about :)
