    Miracle grow organically choice. And they are 2 gallons.

    vegged for 8 weeks from GERM, at 8 weeks of flower it was time to chop down, grown in miracle grow organics choice. i used 16 23watt cfls 2700k for flower and 6500 for veg. and GH flora series, with karbo boost while in flower and 2 drops of superthrive every watering. here is the outcome.

    Stabilizing soil ph

    So I picked up a bag of pro mix and I tested the ph in different location of the bag. It's all at 6.8.... So that's perfect! Now the question is.... How do I keep it stable at that or right near that? (the pro mix is for my third grow, germination starts tomorrow) My first couple grows I used...

    So i tested the ph at the lower portion of the pot, it now reads 6. I'll test again tonight 4 hours after lights off. Hopefully it will be the same. Now I know I need I test quite a bit more frequently.

    Well I mixxed up 1 tbsp- 1 Litre of water and dumped that in, I gave each plant a total of 1 1/4 litres of water lots of run off. So I'm hoping this will help the recovery. And I'll do the same next time it needs water. Hopefully it will start to rise.

    Always ph the water to 6.8 before feeding. I use tap water But I leave it in open bottles for 3 days before feeding. The ph as of 8 hours ago was at 4.7 its really showing a nitrogen def from lock out. yeah my tester is the one u stick in the soil.

    I have lime. Gonna mix it up in some water and feed it in a couple days..just water w/ lime. Are there any other ways to fix this problem? The top of the soil has a good ph but as u go deeper it gets lower and lower.

    Ph different at bottom of pot

    So I tested my soil ph the other day, around the top half the ph is at a good 6.4-6.8 but when I push the probe deeper the soil ph then drops to the low 5's. What could be causing this? Next grow I will definitely find a better soil balanced soil. Right now it's MG organics choice. I use GH...

    When do i remove the ties on a flowering plant?

    I lolly pop my plants as well, but my plants are maybe 20" off the pot. And I usually find its safe to take off my tie downs when the plant stops growing vertically. The branches will still move toward the light but not as much. But then again I'm always tying then to make more room for light...
