i dont think you need to worry about her finishing. She looks nice and frosty. As for turning up to 75%...it is not necessary if that is your only plant. That said, if you start another grow with a bigger foot print to cover, the extra light could come in handy. I would test the 75% to know...

in soil you should not be watering every day. you should wait until the soil gets close to dry between waterings.

yeah, pH fluctuates with temperatures and as the nutrients are used up by the plant. I adjust my 5 gallon bubbleponic buckets every 2 or 3 days and it is fine. I think a little fluctuation is good for the plant because nutrients are absorbed differently at different ph's.

you need to have some wood below ground. I think I have 4-6 inches of 2x6 underground and then keep stacking on top to get the raised bed. To do that, you need posts sunk into the ground also.
