I start mine under a 400mh at about 16inch away , obviously keep your temps under control, that way you can keep your light closer without burning them, mine never stretch I might snap a pic of a seedling and you will see what I'm saying :)

I think they might only fill in, I did that once but it was because my hps bulb burned out , long story short, I got the replacement at around week 6 and for the last 4 weeks they just gained lots of weight ! But that could be just my case/strain yours might be different , I'd say don't knock it...

It's genetics! I have 2 blue widows that have some weird looking leafs as well a bit like yours but rounded one's but they're next to a few other strains that are perfect, so it's making me think it's just genetics lol

Ak48 from nirvana does the trick and its pretty decent smoke plus it's resistant and gives a nice yield !

I usually feed veg nutes till I see pre flowers thats when I hit em with plain water and then start flow nutes. basically your plant is vegging for like 2 weeks before it finally starts to fully flower!

So far most of my strains have stretched twice their size, now to specify my nodes are less then an inch apart but that's because I keep my lights close! But yet flowering is just the best of all, long colas and tight nodes which means a nice harvest, I grow mh during veg and hps during...

Thanks I'll keep it in mind, and true I've seen prices that go up to 300 for a couple of seeds!! I mean I like having regs only because I wanna make my own seeds when I get the room/chance that way I won't have to spend money on them!
