They look nice and healthy but if you're not sure about nutrient solution I'd pick some inexpensive A&B Bloom solution to get you started. I'd also recommend buying or finding a download for Teaming with Microbes. Very informative and a good read

Thank you kindly, I compost and recycle my soil. I'm using 1" R-tech insulating sheathing, it would seem I'm getting at least 95% reflection, also covering screws cracks or mess up holes with m3 reflective high temp tape

Yep, I'll be picking up 2x sunsystem 315w with 3100 bulbs for flowering to go with my DE-HPS, then a 315w 4200 for veg, those ceramic lamps are amazing. Either that or COB setup seem to be blowing up. Many other choices than cheap LED, unless you're willing to test them
