I'd bet that is an error ... 12 -15 grams is ridiculous .. (send em an e-mail pointing out that it says 15-18 grams ... most breeder estimates are tainted and provided to sell seeds ..and mean that under OPTIMUM conditions you MIGHT get that much ... Good luck !

Not sure you have rust fungus .. but maybe ... it's common in roses.. this link is s'posed to be environmentally safe .. it uses copper and a soap ... I'm citing it more for a description than a cure ... I'm not sure you have rust Good luck...
