Your camera if it's worth half a toke should have a setting on it called macro, you can change it with a little button that actually looks like a flower. The autofocus setting doesn't work so hot real close up. Select the macro setting, get close up, then use the zoom to get even closer. You...

Keep in mind every plant reacts differently but I would say your medium & nutes are substantial enough for flowering after seeing your two midgets. Good luck with the papaya, I've always been curious about that strain.
