you answered your own question really, we let ours sit out to evaporate the chlorine but as you stated your water supplier uses chloramine which mill not evaporate. so it looks like you didnt mess up after all. now saying that i don`t know what effect the levels of chloramine are going to have...

In My Opinion nice set up, i have similar tent and space is tight with 4 so as stated dont veg for too long and as for the scrog mentioned i would give that some consideration. good luck with the grow. lu
