You should be able to get by w/ chilling 1 40 gal rez. and sharing w/ 2 tables. You'll need 2 pumps for ea. table. You'll have to change the water every week not 2. Unless your transpiration rate (water uptake) is such that your adding 5 gal. every other day or so then I would say 2 week...
