I'd water till .. water seeps thru to bottom .. give it small sips .. till u see the water in the "catch pan" .. I just got a moisture / light / Ph meter for 7.95 at Lowe's if u r not sure .. pic inyour gallery looks healthy ..... (but maybe .. a little dry ?)

I've used dry ice and torches and an alcohol lamp ... I like the mushroom "farm !" Thanks for givin me some numbers to work with now i get an idea of how much I'm getting to my plants ..........and how FAST the alcohol lamp produces CO2 The Yeast method is great too thanks for the link above...
