Have 22 plants 3 weeks old have had them indoors under 24/0 of light I need to move outdoors due to space will they continue in vegetation? I do not want to flower yet

What am I watching for ? What's good to mix and what do i sTay away from

I'm using fox farm happy frog soil can i mix that with regular soil to make up more if im going to have to do 5 gallons?

I'm using happy frog in the sole cups, should I stay with that soil ? And can i mix with other soil ? Like say if I buy 2 bags and some regular soil can i mix them to make up more and just add more perlite ?

I have 22 3 week old plants I need to move them outdoors they are in solo cups right now and I need to know if anyone can help me with how much soil I will need ? For all 22 they will be going into 3 gallon pots
