Yesterday I finally received a reply back from TH Seeds. It is a very mediocre and frustrating response which says that they are unwilling to refund or replace the seeds. So, incredibly slow response time (almost two weeks) and no help at all. I am a little surprised that they are not willing...

You'll be fine, those seeds are pretty small and Herbies have a very clever way of getting them through to you.

Wish that were possible, Ovibird! Well it's been a couple of days and I still haven't heard back from TH Seeds after they sent the initial email asking for more details, which I then responded to. Hoping they will get back to me soon and it will all get sorted out.

Interesting to hear your experience has been the complete opposite of mine. I probably wouldn't have worried if the germination rate had been 75% or even 50%, but 10% is not good enough in my opinion. Still waiting to hear back from the company.

Recently I purchased a pack of 10 TH Seeds Original Bubblegum seeds. I have to say I am quite disappointed with these seeds. Upon receiving them I noticed they were a little light in colour, some even had a tinge of green. That didn't bother me too much as I know seed colours can vary wildly...

Maybe you should take that info above down, as it relates to how people are getting their beans through the mail and it'd be a shame to ruin that for everyone.
