It's a NLXH (Northern Lights x Haze) hybrid. The male, who is no longer with us, had 11. The females still have 9 though... I'm not sure if they will ever get that many. Kinda sad cause i wanted seeds. I didn't have room though. my plants are almost as tall as i am and i still have not switched...

As long as the lights are close enough it sounds fine to me... I would flush the hell out of them and see what happens. Hope it works out.

That's normal... they are usually an odd number and go up at the cola. Mine fan leaves have 5 at the bottom of the plants and 11 at the cola. Depends on the strain though how many blades it will get. It doesn't really tell you anything. you cant ID a strain like that.

sounds pretty bad man, sorry to hear. My plants are losing most of their fan leaves also but i think i know why... not enough light, and two months of 115 f temps during the hottest part of the day. YIKES! how are your temps and lights?

started on 18/6 yesterday instead of 24/0. The lights are off for the hottest part of the day. It was getting around 90 - 95 f... not so good.

too much stretching. you could bury them deeper and get better light. dont give up though, just correct the problem and it should be fine. Good Luck!

This thread is very entertaining... or maybe i'm just really high. I would never throw a plant away. Your plant is totally fine. You do need more light though... I've got 10 32w CFL's on my plants and they look really good. I am going to take about 20 more clones next week. I cant remember...

just some advice on closeups. put something directly behind the thing you want focused. otherwise your camera focuses on the background instead... like in your pics. clear?

i think it was the high temp not nutes. if the newest growth at the very tip is not damaged it will probably make it. it'll just rely on the next set of leaves.
