No nutrients added yet. Is that about my ph solution or about I water used (city water)

Need some Help guys:) when I increase ph to 6 or lower , rezervuar begins bubbling when I open the air pump. That's not normal bubble ,likes soap and after a time comes out pot holes. Do any one know the reason ?

this is first week of veg (18/6) 70w hps fixed and using one of the lamps that came with the AG in aerogarden light case . AG tablet nut. ph 6.5

top light is 70 w hps , one 4 '' airstone added with airpump and a computer fan for heat

it has a glass frontcover wich is not closed on the photo :) also i have a electrical blanket rearcover between wall and the box for cold nights .

i have 400w hps for flowering and 2*36 w t5 for veg stage. one exhoust fan and one intake air fan . Are these enough for my first grow , please some advice

are those girls healty enough? i want tall and fat bud on each plant? wats the way?
