I'm a beginner grower and am using advanced nutrients grow micro bloom 3 part with a few additives in pro mix and I think its great for beginners bc I do have some experience but not with those nutes and I just followed the directions and my plants are strong and always healthy, 1 thing to keep...

1 thing for sure is the teas and stuff like that need weeks to break down and to be used completely up, if give them water phd to 6.5 until they bounce back and keep ppm around 600 when u go back to feeding since u leaches them they just need water and time

What are you using for a grow medium and water source?

That's if u get a light too good for your needs, I have a 600watt meizhi in a 4x2x4 I start flowering around 10inches for indicas and about 4 inches with a sativa

Definately looks like not enough light and nutes judging by those stems, I'm doing my first grow and my plants r a month old just a few days in to flowering and your cola looks like the weakest branch on mine.

Over watering slows growth bad especially if u don't let them get oxygen
