how tall are your plants, how many nodes, how tall do you want them to finish, strain...it all comes into play. i usually top when there are about 5-6 good nodes, veg for another couple of weeks training the new growth if needed, then flower to get a nice bush around 2 ft give or take

i add 3 parts soil, 2 parts perlite, 1 part vermiculite. tranplant into a bigger pot with a ratio somewhere in that area and water with some superthrive when you transplant. should recover quickly

any way to make your space just a little taller? i have grown with both a 150 and a 250 watt hps. the nugs are definitely denser and higher quality with that extra wattage. you will need good ventilation with the 250 though. the 150 is managable in that small space with a few computer fans.
