    Sure looks like thrips to me. One part alcohol to 2-3 parts water with a little dish soap on the plants and you will be fine. Azamax will keep them out of the soil.

    I use bottles like that for my seeds also. I bought them for tincture but they work sooo well for seeds. 4-5 years is about the longest I have kept seeds.
