I think having checked the VPD chart i can probably lower my humidity to around 55/53% humidity within the next week or two

Hi mate thanks for the comment! I am trying to follow a vpd chart which calls for higher humidity at this point. I will be lowering to 55/50 as the weeks go on… I think 40 is more for late flower to prevent mold and bud rot issues

Thinking next weekend I will probably need to do some defol as it’s pretty dense in there. Lowered humidity to 58% room temps 28.5c

Day 14: stretch is definitely slowing down now but not quite over yet i dont think, buds starting to come in and some nice strong branching. Starting pk today. Input ec 1.4 as I think thats where they are happiest at this stage

Ec seems to have dropped again since lowering which is good news. Starting Pk this Sunday. Vpd chart still calling for 60/65% humidity with 28c temps. Seems a bit high for 3rd week of flowering? Do people just stick to it or should I lower to 55ish

Hi thanks for the reply, I have since lowered the ec to 1.4, which is where they were at when the ppms were dropping but since lowering its gone up again to 1.5 so would you suggest lowering to an even lower value?

I am running high temps (28.5c) room temps with led, 63% humidity and 800ppm c02. One thing i could mention that may be a cause is root temps can get upto 23c which i know is not ideal but i am running athena clense and they are still bright white

They look great man! Yeah that is a much more accessible set up for sure. If i need to i do bully my way in there lol but its not easy, i have definitely thought about reducing to 6 instead of 9 so i can get in there and have a much nicer scrog set up like yours

Hahaha yeah I imagine its going to get pretty full in here very soon lol. I don’t mind looking after them when growing its just the trimmings of 9 big plants I can’t stand :sleep: plus DWC just seems to just produce much more foliage as well

I have a 600w lumatek zues pro and a 420w adjusta watt so 1020w in a 8x5. Alright I’ll leave them be for the next week or so then and see how they come along. I have also just found out that you should run a higher room temp with LEDs due to less heat output? Currently running my room at 80/81...
